Covenant Eyes does what it can to limit conflicts with other applications on your computer. However, because other applications need to access the Internet, software conflicts can happen.
Certain files are necessary for Covenant Eyes to run. You may have to configure your firewall or antivirus software to allow the following files through:
Covenant Eyes for Windows (Versions 220.127.116.11 and later) automatically installs browser extensions for Chrome, Firefox, and Internet Explorer. These browser extensions are uninstalled as part of the Covenant Eyes uninstallation process.
While the Firefox extension can be disabled separately, we recommend leaving it enabled for the greatest clarity in Accountability Reports.
